I don't think anyone can get cured of acne in 3 days.

I feel silica is yet to start working on you. You should feel more peaceful, calm and energetic,once the medicine starts working.

Your physical problems may get reduced/ increased/ remain same, but you will pay less attention to it and go about life with more confidence.

If that feeling is not there, after a few weeks of using the medicine, you have to re consult your doctor. He may change the potency/ look for another medicine.

Really it's still really really spotty but feels really dry. What does that means happening or is it just because I'm getting dry skin?

The acne will dry out and the scubs will fall off later. Don't worry.

Did you notice any fresh acne coming up?

A few on my cheek 4 days ago. It's my cheeks and forehead that are really bad
