Remedies during Pregnancy

Hi all
I have cervical spondylosis
And my homeopath prescribed me conium 200,rhus tox 200,silecea 30 and arg nit 30 for anxiety.
I have been taking it for one month now.I think i may be pregnant and want to know if these remedies are safe during pregnancy.my homeo dr said they are safe and i dont doubt his experience but i want a second opiniom from you all experts
