Hi thanks for responding. I suffered sudden tinnitus in left hear 18 months back when I was with my paralyzed mother in hospital in Jan 2015 and she used to cry and shout in high noise when in pain. I tried treatments with steroid and other allopathic medicine prescribed by ENT specialist in Max hospital. However it has not improved. Sudden attacks of tinnitus are painful and I only take vertan 16 mg sos.

What are the symptoms please?

What do you feel? Roaring? Buzzing? Reverberation? Is there any pain? What type of pain? What aggravates the pain? What ameliorates it?

You have to answer many more questions. This is only a beginning.

I feel metro train running in left ear. No pain however only noise. And in traffic the honking creates Havoc and I feel vertigo sometimes and shocked. Only treble sound is felt in left ear no normal sound can be recognised. Loss of 55-65 db in left and 15 in right. Have sinus in winters. Throat problem throughout the year.
