Good Evening Dr. Kulkarni, I am still on same phase. Anxiety level went down but not able to sleep due to irrelevant dreams. Body and neck pain is still there. Please suggest.. Thanks a lot.

Hello Dr. Kulkarni, Good Afternoon. Hope you will be doing good.
As per your instructions i have taken single dose of lyco 8 days back. Now my anxiety level increased bit. I have again started thinking about irrelevant things. My sleep quality is still poor. Dreaming lot not able to sleep properly. Please suggest.

Are you thirsty / thirst-less? Thirst less, only feel thirsty when i do jog or gym.
How is your orientation towards your work? It's good. I don't have any work pressure. I have fixed working hour..

I am not getting some threads in my list and yours was one too. Moreover, I was not online due to some work pressure.
Well,you may take NATRUM MURIATICUM 30C, dilution (buy minimum qty dispensable at the shop). Take it TWICE DAILY (12 HOURLY) after preparation as follows. If not available easily at your place you may buy this online.
Preparation of dose:
A. Buy 100ml size dropper bottle (preferably of glass otherwise plastic. Buy it from homeopathic shop only.).
B. Fill 9/10th (90ml) of it with clean potable water.
C. Add precisely 3 drops of prescribed medicine in it. Gently shake it 2-3 times & keep it for 10 minutes.
D. Now it is ready to use. Take APPROXIMATELY 1/4 teaspoonful (1ml) of this solution in 1/2 cup of water as single dose. (You get approx. 90 doses from 100ml bottle).
E. Before each dose shake the bottle (in one direction - hold in the fist and give a jerk above downwards). vigorously for five times (exactly).
F. Repetitions as prescribed above.
G. Nothing else to eat or drink 30 minute before and 30 minutes after the doses.

Sir just want to know for how many days i need to take mention doses and which homeopathic company i should prefer.

Hello Dr Kulkarni, liquid form wasn't available in my area so my brother bought it in pills form. Can we use it in any way or should i re buy it in liquid form.
