Last time I took sulphur 200 (quantity almost quarter of a teaspoonsful) in powder form with half a glass of water. In what form should I take it now?
I inquired from a nearby store which said that they don't have the powder form, but only the various dilutions of it. So should I go about procuring the powder form only or should I take it at some dilution and how much quantity?

Procure 30 ml.sealed bottle of any reputed manufacturer. Use 2 to 3 drops mixed in a little water as one dose.

I have been able to procure sulphur (as powder-1 dosage) today only as I stay in a remote place. I am planning to take it tomorrow. But I wish to know if I need to take it now or should I wait?
Ovulation has not yet happened, even though it is day 18 of my cycle.
the acne cysts I got 3-4 days back are still there, but the skin is calm already. New eruptions are not yet coming up. So should I take sulphur tomorrow or wait a little more?

I just got the realization that the reason for extra delay in my ovulation (and therefore) periods could be the regular intake of cinnamon tea which I take after lunch and dinner. It has been two months since I started taking it and after that only the delay became more acute. So now onward, I am quitting cinnamon. May be the periods get regular after quitting this.

Just wish to update you. I took one dose of sulphur (powder form) yesterday morning. The last one was on 2nd October.
Changes so far: My thirst is now normal. I don't feel over-thirsty now but still take a lot of water. The skin is better, but that could be because ovulation has not happened yet nor the periods came after that.
It is day 23 of my cycle and there are no symptoms of ovulation as of now. I think that sulphur might be good for skin, but some other medicine might be required to ensure regularity of the cycles. Because cycles are becoming longer which is not a good sign.

So it has been 8 days since I took my second dose of sulphur. I got quite a handful of breakouts during this week. red ones as well as small white ones. There is no sign of ovulation or periods so far. My last period was on 28th September, 2016.
I am moving out of station day after tomorrow. So I will be grateful if you could tell me today if any medicine is to be taken next, because it might be difficult to procure it in a new place.
