Thuja and Lichen schlerosis

I am using Thuja 200 to help with lichen schlerosis. I have had it for about 3 years and tried many different remedies that all seem to work for a while then stop. Thuja has been effective. I think I shouldn't use it too often. Is there something I can take along with it to complement it? Other things that work well for me include sulphur, helpar sulph and sepia. I live remotely, a long way from any homeopaths. I talk to some on the phone but it's proving difficult. Any ideas? Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If Thuja is working, no other medicines are required.

You shouldn't repeat this frequently. Once in 2 weeks. Not more than that.

What potency are you using?

You have to give more details.

Sex, age, country

Location of the problem

Sensation

What makes it worse?

What makes it better?

Any other problems you have?

If so, answer the above questions, for each complaint.

What foods you desire?

What foods you don't like?

Which weather you prefer?

Are you a chilly/ warm person?

Why do you feel Thuja is your remedy? Explain.

Hi. Female, aged 53, Australia in a dry, desert region. The sensation is raw and itchy skin on my genitals and also behind my ears. It is red and hot. Better for cold. Scratching makes it worse, and alcohol. I have hot flushes and also irritable bowel syndrome. I am on quite a restricted diet to reduce the bowel inflammation. I like salty foods but also desire something sweet, especially in the afternoon and have a drink of cordial or some chocolate. I don't like seafood or pumpkin. I like warm, dry weather. I feel the cold easily. Sepia and Sulphur work well for me but seem to run out eventually. I saw a naturopath recetnly who suggested thuja. I took one thuja 200. It worked really well initially. She thinks I should only take it monthly but I think I need more than that. Sometimes the itch drives me crazy, it is deep and intense, on my genitals. Behind my ears only gets a little bit itchy but it gets raw and weepy. I hope that's enough informatin. Thanks for your time.

When did you take thuja?

After how many days did you feel the amelioration?

How long it lasted?

How is the intensity now, compared to before you took Thuja?

Did you get any other symptoms, you never had before?

I took it 4 days ago. The amelioration lasts for about 3 days. It is much less intense than before I took it. I am just starting to get itchy again. I have some herbal cream I can use but I am worried it won't be enough. I didn't get any new symptoms from tkaing thuja.
