My mother suffering from cough with phlegm ,heavyness in chest,ratteling sound in chest,and always try to respire vigorously .Plz help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If the phlegm is difficult to expel, despite her efforts,Give her antimonium tartaricum 200c..4 pills..daily one dose for 3 days only. Wait for 4 more days without any medicine and report back.
