So tired of being tired and in pain

I know exactly when everything in my life went wrong. I went to get my tubes tied dr slit my uterus was bleeding to death had to do emergency hysterectomy well here put a stitch in my urter. Not sure how many procedures I had to go through after that but it was a lot. Got sepsis during that time to. After I got out of the hospital the 3rd time I started feeling tired all the time now mind you before this I had mad energy always doing something then I just slowly started doing nothing and 5 months after release from the hospital i noticed my comb was kind of getting stuck on my scalp then I start getting sores they were filled with fluid and for some reason I picked at then all the time till I got bald spots nothing I bought worked even the dr perscribed medicine it did not work so I researched psoriasis and saw ultra violet lights worked so I figured I had nothing to lose I went to the tanning bed and look and behold it worked so for that part of it I know what needs done but I have so many medical conditions diabetes, high blood pressure, high clestrol, acid reflux, there is more but they worst two are I have surgical menopause where I cannot even go out to dinner with my family because I will start sweating so bad it seriously looks like I am in the shower it drips of me my head gets soaked I cannot lose my weight the dr said I had the worst numbers here had EVER saw and I've been going through this 12 years and counting now the second worse is the pain I had to have back surgery and it seems like my back is worse now I can not stand to long without sever pain or sit now the hardest and worst of my aliments is chronic fatigue people think with this you sleep a lot no you hardly ever sleep but you cannot get out of bed to do anything I stopped going shopping stopped cooking cleaning going out I just stopped I hate this most of all of I could get my energy back I could learn to deal with everything else I even take Adderall the only thing they do any more if get me to be able to write in this forum or get on the internet things like that nothing physical please say you can help me so I can be a mom and a wife again I long to cook clean go shopping do things with my family I cannot go on living like this
