Understanding remedies.. phosphrus and herpes zoster?Excuse me can I ask question about over using a remedy cause i never know when to stop.
I was prescribed phosphrus 30 5 years ago. For chronic nasal discharge. I got better in less that one months. I used to take it every now and then when i was not feeling ok. Sometimes it helped sometimes no.
Then 3 years ago i lost a very dear person and i got all puzzeled and not ok with tremendouse fear of death. So i thought to repeat the first dose . I dont remeber how many times i took it but not alot may for 4 or 5 days 30c twice a day as it was prescribed the first time. By the end of the 5th day i got shingeless. Herpes zoster on my face
My question is, is this could happen because of the phosphrus?cause i do believe so .

It can also be your underlying state getting worse, but it is difficult to say with full certainty without looking at the full-case.
The remedy will also typically take hold of an area of your constitution where the susceptibility is there. That is the reason, why every prover does not develop all symptoms of the remedy's picture.

I never had fever, and when the homeopath gave me the phosphrus it reacted great . I got fever and my nasal charge that lasted for years and years went away.
However it did not help all they afterwards.
Can you please explain this more?

In terms of your underlying state getting worse, I meant that this skin problem might just have been the tip of the iceberg which poked out at a point in life where you were more stressed. The mountain under the tip of the iceberg (which is the chronic miasm) was likely always there.
