premature ejaculation with impotency

hi Dr.

I went through is forum, and seen similar problems, but instead of taking a remedy from a post i would like to discuss my problem.

Age 32y,
Wight 55kg,
Height 5.4feet
Body Slim,

A have premature ejaculation with impotency problem due to excessive masturbation in the past. Over all I dont feel any kind of weakness. no pain in the back.

I was searching online I saw Avena sativa was recommended, is it right?

please can someone suggest me a simple remedy for my issue

pls take

acid phos 30c

for 10 days

one dose in a single day

one dose equal to 6 globules or 4 drops if remedy in liquid form

you can take avena sativa Q (mother tincture)

15 drops mix with half cup of luke warm water and sip slowly..

take it every evening for 1 month

update me after 15 days

its been 10 days I took the Acid phos 30, in the morning 4 drops, and evening Avena Sativa Q,
I will keep taking the Avena for a months! please advice should i keep taking the acid phos too?

I feeling normal no pain nothing, I cant tell the difference because I didnt masturbated since...

please let me know if i keep going with acid phos, or should i take a break thn start again? thanks
