Somnambulism sleep walking eating in night

There are remedies with symptom rank #1 for somnambulism, would this be my solution or better to determine a constitutional? If so can someone please take the case, thank you.

This is since childhood, except childhood I would go sit with mom instead of eat. then go back to bed myself and she would tell me this and I didn't believe it. but sometimes there is a vague memory of it. Currently retired, no family to speak of, mostly stay alone but only child and enjoy being alone and love quiet. Yes, stress, I am easily stressed, have adrenal fatigue, people irritate me especially if they do not understand me or they don't agree or have slow comprehension in a conversation.

Why is it in this forum, you post a topic, you get a questionarre, immediately answer, then the person does not follow up? This keeps happening. I know it is volunteer but if someone posts questions they should then follow up to read this answers and reply.

Please take 3 doses of platina 30 one every night one hour before bedtime. That will be one dose each night for three nights.
