I have never had my cycles on them ever, then all of a sudden started having them every month on the day give or take but now it back to when it wants still pretty much monthly just not the day per se', my ovaries German inflamed bout week before I start though. But I am 43 and want to be done with it. So is there a way to help bring it one and get put of the early stages. Sick of cramps I mean horrific cramps and all that comes with it. This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Hellaborus Niger 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a month.

Please use Belladonna 200 and Nux Vomica 200 every hour if you have cramps. You may take upto 6 doses of these remedies in a day.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
