Sepia dosage

I have a large vaginal cyst and after researching came across sepia 30 as a recommended remedy. The dosage suggested was 3 pellets 3 times a day. Looking into the remedy further, it seems to be a perfect fit for me. The whole description is right, the depression, exhaustion, indifference, running from people, sensitivity to temperatures, etc... it is a perfect picture of me.

Can I take this as a constitutional remedy in addition to trying to treat my cyst? Should I take the suggested dose of 3 pellets 3 times a day? For how long?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Anyone?

I have seen improvements already. My cyst is smaller and looser and I had an easier time getting up this morning and felt more energized and less indifferent.

I am concerned I might have been taking too much until now, though, and that I might possibly have been having some side effects from too much. I was much more tired than usual the past couple of days and yesterday started having muscle pain in my legs.

I want to continue benefiting from taking the sepia, but don't want to take too much. How much should I be taking?

Dear Lisbeth,

You can continue Sepia till the improvement stops 3 doses fortnightly.

HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take three doses. Just three doses. Not daily and wait for 15 days.

WHAT IS A DOSE:
Get the remedy in liquid:
Put five drop of the remedy in 20 ml of mineral water, hit the bottle atleast 6 time and keep it for 5 minutes. Take one tea spoon from it. That’s one dose. Do the same procedure for each dose.

TIME OF DOSE:
First dose: At night before sleeping.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Third dose: 12 hrs after the second dose.
Don’t take any more dose or any other remedy unless I tell you

It is a rule in homoeopathy that as soon as any improvement is expeirenced the med shud be stopped and wait till the progress of improvement stops.
It is always good to delay the second dose than to hurry up & spoil the case.
Sepia is a very deep acting & excellent med.
Since you are finding improvement stop it immidiately and wait patiently for further improvement. I suggest at least for 15-20 days.

Thank you for your replies!

I will wait on it for 15 days to take the next dose.

A few questions:
1. Is it a must that I buy a liquid form of the remedy? Can I just take the pills that I have, or dissolve them?

If I need to get the liquid, that's fine, but can you explain why so that I can better understand how homeopathy works?

2. In terms of not taking other remedies, what about Arnica for bumps and similar remedies for treating acute conditions?

3. Do I need to be careful to avoid potential antidotes during the course of the 15 days between doses? Is a peppermint scented soap a problem?

Thank you so much for your answers.

1. No, you can use pills if you have.
If remedy is Pills/Pellets:
• One dose is one pill. If the pellets are very small in size like fine sugar grain, then 7-10 pellets.
• Dissolve the pill in your mouth under the tong.

2. Use of a single remedy is always safe. Otherwise it will be difficult to know that what is the affect of a specific medicine.

3. Yes, be careful. Avoid any strong smell during taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing etc

I meant to take the second "dose" now, but messed up. Last night I took it, and then I forgot 12 hours later. So now I am taking it before bed. I'll take it again 12 hours from now. Should I also take it 12 hours from then?

Also, I feel like 15 days apart is too much for me. I was very depressed the past couple of days. Can I take the next dose sooner if I feel that I need it, maybe around 10 days or so?

I just took a dose of sepia tonight. I've been experiencing severe depression, which did not go away after taking the sepia. Now I've noticed that I am developing mastitis (this started before I took the sepia, but has gotten worse as the night progressed). My baby was sick and nursed less than usual, so this is not a surprise. My breast is sore and heavy and feeling clogged. Can I take anything for this?

Google joettecalabrese.com mastitis.

Follow her protocol.if not better after a few days you have to see the dr as infection can get bad.

I took the Phytolacca that Joette Calabrese recommended and it has helped significantly.

However, regarding the sepia, I now have developed a pimple in my vagina. I realize that can happen to anyone, but since the sepia is female/hormonal related, I just wanted to make sure that it is not a side effect from the sepia.

The cyst that I started taking the sepia for has improved, but I'm not sure if it's improved more than it did in the first few days after I started it. It does seem to be helping with the depression and weariness I've been experiencing. Should I consider this pimple to be a warning sign, or continue with the sepia as originally instructed?

You need to wait and watch now.
Homeopathic remedies when correct usually follow a path. Google herings law of cure.

You are feeling mentally better, that is a good sign-the remedy can then have physical things show up and then release, especially if anything was suppressed by other meds, even homeo meds.

The remedy is acting on you and
You now have to observe your reactions for at least a week.
