Your posts are a bit confusing.If you ask drthoufee his opinion,it is best to have some history that is detailed as far as your kidney complaints,dr visits,
Medications given , passing of stone or stones with dates and urinary history.
An overall remedy for chronic fatigue,
Immune system,may not be the right approach at this time.you may need
Something targeted for kidneys and urinary tract to resolve that first.

Simone, the cfs is much better and depression too. Those are older posts.

Please go ahead with Sepia and Nux Vomica as suggested earlier. Sepia itself should provide quick relief.

Yes it is 200C. The homeopathic symptoms clearly point to Sepia. You may call it overactive bladder.

Dr Kadwa, it was confirmed I have ECOLI infection in urine. I am not sure about other strains of bacteria but high strains of ECOLI.
Please advise, I still have pressure in bladder going down, and pressure in vaginal area with pushing down feeling ,with freuqency and and urgency. ..still very uncomfortable...I am on nux now 200, Dr. Prescribed Bactrum antibiotics, do I take it? Can I still take homeopathy with antibiotics/ any interactions.?? What are your recommendations. Ty

You can take antibiotics with homeopathy. Did Sepia make any change?
After Nux you should take the following remedies one by one on need..
Sulphur 200
Belladonna 200
Causticum 200

You should take the Bactrim-
Then get urine tested a week after completing . Or get urine test strips from the drug store and check yourself. The longer you go with E. coli it takes stronger antibiotics to kill it.

Yes, I am on antibiotics Bactrum for two days so far 800/160 mg. I am taking taking Nux 200. I didn't notice too much change w. Sepia, maybe didn't take enough doses, urge to urinate is constant; my bladder feels full in 5min. (( I initially took Causticum 30 2days after the urge happened, 2separate doses, then I took Cantharis 30 c 2days later maybe 2/3 times. could that have triggered even morefrequency.? Just double checking w you...you also prescribed Nat Mur for crying which I took on 3/31 , I was crying for one hou, after Nat Mur was better that was 3rd dose. and the frequency began next morning 4/1/17.. I am just writing everything down to make it easy for you,

It takes 24 hours for the antibiotics to kick in and begin to make a difference. In a couple more days there should be a lot more relief.

The infection has much improved., Antibiotics and Nux vomica. I am back to normal. However, if you remember before this happened I was crying and depressed and you told me to take Nat MUr, which helped and the this infection situation happened and the pressure and pain set me back. I am not crying but I feel anxious , very "blah, not laughing, sleepy, not excited about anything,..some anxiety all day long as in heart palpitations.... what is your recommendation,? I took 2 doses of Nat Mur prior to March31. Last one on March 31.... I am normally very vivacious and funny and energetic, now I am none of those. Ty

Please take a single dose of Sulphur 200 and see how that affects over 15 days.
