Do These Remedies Really Work?

I am new to this forum. My line of work, driving a truck over the road makes it extremely difficult to have a sterile and clean environment. I'm wondering since I keep having recurring problems with chalzions why hasn't my eye doctor suggested any of these natural remedies to prevent them from returning. Do they really work? And another question are there any anti-microbial wipes that are safe for cleansing the eye area. Thanks for any imput.
