Cantharis accidentally applied on wound

Hello doctors . I had a little knife wound on my thumb . I accidentally poured cantharis 1m on to it . Now I feel extreme pain down there. The wound seems to be okay but the surface got little swelling . Pain is unbearable .. please advice me something .should I wait or start any other remedy
