I don't know whether many knows about it . but I myself got 100 % result by it.

I'm a male just to clarify.
If you want to help people you can also create a new thread with your ideas of dry and water fasting for the issues you think can be helped with.
I don't see any any concern in these methods unless it's overdone or specifically people have issues with fasting. They are natural and detoxing. In fact fasting also helps with excessive sexual desires, excessive masturbation and to increase the spiritual strength.
