piles

I am suffering from pileslike symptoms that are itching,discomfort and irritation around the anal region which get worse if I sit for long hours. However, I don't have any pain in passing stool and there is no bleeding please suggest me a effective medicine

Sulphur 30 morning empty stomach and nuxvom 30 evening time fort 5 days then aesculus 30 twice daily for 7 days.
