gums receding :(
Hello,For the last five years my gums have been receding now some of my front top teeth are moving. I am 55 years old and went through anxiety problems a few years ago. I lost my cycle and am messaging my gums with my finger. The receding gums are now starting on the bottom. The problem started on the top and now is going to the bottom please let me know if there is anyone or anything that could help me. Thank you

Hello Homeo Helper,
I checked with all of the stores around me and they only have Staphisagria-30c. I can order it on line but that will take a while to come here. Should I start on the 30c and then take the 200c when it arrives or just order the 200c and start it when it comes. Let me know what will be the best thing to do. Thank you!
