pink eye? Please help:)

My daughter who is 23 years old has trouble with her eye for a few weeks now. Her right eye it needs to close, can't open well, can't keep open, red, painful, burning, watery, upper left corner of eye feels like a knife, stingy. It comes and goes with the redness in her eye for a few months. Now it is at it's extreme. She does wear contacts but she will stop now. When she wears she glasses she has pain on the ridge of her nose, sometimes it is accompanied with a forehead head ache. The other eye is a little red but not painful. I think a homeopathic remedy will help her I have her on Pusatilla
