Advice on the best remedy for relationship anxiety

I would appreciate advice on the best remedy to help with relationship anxiety this manifests mostly when no contact is made like a barometer my anxiety goes up and I want to finish the relationship close don and retreat to protect myself from hurt and rejection I have huge trust issues after being left let down lied to affairs money being taken I become extremely anxious now when entering a relationship my fears of being left hurt lied to arise and I can become insecure paranoid about the person and their intentions which after several affairs behind mt back and debt due to being used is understandable I need a lot of contact and reassurance which drives some people away and if I dont hear I get upset and ant to close down and retreat to not get hurt
