2 month old baby suffering with severe gerd

Hi sir, my daughter is 9 weeks old she has shown sign of acid reflux from first week after birth. I have consulted numerous pediatricians even a GI specialist they all prescribed zantac domperidone gaviscon and omeprazole. I have used zantac on and off i actually do not want to use these meds but when my baby symptoms got worse i used these. I have read your therapy different sites and wanted to use it. Her symptoms are silent and normal reflux, congestion, cough, chocking, hiccups, gaging swallowing crying in pain. She also chew her hands. Mostly sleep on my chest, want to be held most of time and threw her hands and feed during feeds. She scratch herself and my hands during feeds.she cries in pain during her sleep. Her hemoglobin level is decreased from 10.3 to 9 in a month.she is formula fed.
Today i have administered first dose of nat phos 6x one tablet dissolved in water at 4:30 pm.
Please guide me, is nat phos is enough according to her symptoms.
