They say to regain health one has to eat 80percent alkaline for a time.
Eating too acidic makes the body take out your vital minerals to balance
The acidity.

What I did not know here, was that even tho
Some foods are obviously acidic(like citrus)
In the body they have an alkaline effect.

However, I find if one is really acidic- that if you have
Lemon juice etc , more than a cup will give you acid cramps.

No mystery why cell salts work so well as they are putting micro doses of minerals back in where the "diet" can be leaching them out.
Chinese medicine also goes over diet advice
In a major way, especially with Cncr patients
Who have unwittingly been making over the top acid choices-
Like daily ice cream and soda snacks.

HI,
Sure ll do, salts and probiotics
but for last 2 days, i have been feeling too much bloating again, also loose motion for 2 or 3 times in 2 days, pain in the whole abdomen, too much moving gases, i dont know why, there was
1- i ate lunch from market 2 days ago.
2- i took a creatine supplement once
i took pepperamint syrup and motilium tablets, little better now.
stool is a little dark than before and coming with a little burning.

Creatine pulls water into the cells, and is noted to cause gas, bloat, cramps,
And diarrhea.
Unless you are a serious body builder and do
A major workout right after taking it is not going to help you other than water weight.
Peppermint can cause the burning.
Eating market food can be a roll of the dice right now and if you only ate
Market food without taking anything else you would be able to see effects
In a day and know it was the food .

May take a few days to recover from creatine and peppermint.

SO I SHOULD NOT TAKE PEPPERMINT?
JUST TOOK CREATINE ONCE.
STARTED PROBIOTICS TODAY.
(Lactobacillus acidophillus LA-5, Bifidobacterium BB-12, Lactobacillus debrueckil ssp.bulgericus LBY-27, Streptococcus thermophilus STY-31) 2gm (>8 billion CFU)

No peppermint.
Take one pill a day of probiotic- it takes time for body to adjust to it-
You may have some gas or reactions to it- they should subside after a couple days, sometimes people have to switch brands or types and bacteria strains, so let's see how you do after 7 days. Do not take any supplements or other meds.

Hi,
-I am taking salts for a week.
-Probiotics for a week.
-No supplements or other meds.
-Between the week 1 or 2 times the stool was very loose, gasses are still there, from yesterday there is pain under lower left rib.
-From last 4 - 5 says feeling pain in lower thoracic spine maybe T12 or L1 (upon touch feel sharp pain).
-Once or twice reflux but now its gone.
is there anything to stop gasses from building?

What do you think you did to get pain in vertebrae ?
Sleep wrong? Lift something heavy?

I want you to make a new thread and ask for 0antivirus-
He is a homeopath with a very detailed question form.

Tell him this began after tea, that you have had salts and arsenicum 30 2 doses and just started probiotic and what you eat daily (height weight and you want to gain weight) and in past had a lot of antibiotics.

Main issue is trapped wind by lunch time and only relieved by laying down.
