Is a woman have anti sperm antibody 2times more than normal level then what is the solution to get rid of it?? How she can get pregnancy?

The lady may take Syphilinum 1M every month for 3 months and see whether the remedy helps her.
She has to take only one dose a month.
One dose means 2 pills or 2 drops with some 15 ml water.
