Typhoid

My 7 year old son has typhoid test positive with exactly following looking report:

1/20 1/40 1/80 1/160 1/320
TO +++ +++ +++ ++ ++
TH + + + ----------
AH + ----------------------
BH + ----------------------

He is pale and weak but very active. Always looking to play. Very low craving for eating anything. Have to force him to eat.
What is the interpretation of the report and best course of remedy and what to eat as food. Thanks and advance

pl check fever every two hour.pl avoid solid food and put him on liquid diet to the max with good quality of filtered water or boiled cooled water.Baptasia 30 twice daily for five days.

His temperature is normal both in mouth and under the arm and yet tests show typhoid positive
