Lycopodium 30, Nux Vomica 30, Staphysagria 30, Cantharis 30 work well for kidney stones. One should use the remedy on the basis of symptom similarity.

HI dr kadwa - I have no symptoms. dr saw kidney stones through sonogram. I have no pain.
I do have bacteria in my urine (no symptoms) and I also have hydronephrosys in my right kidney (due to a congenital UPJ obstruction which I dont think homeopathy can help with).
At this moment I am pregnant and trying to dissolve the kidney stones as they "bother" my doctors (they nag me about them).

Homeopathic remedies are safe during pregnancy. When one has problem with working out the exact remedy, one my take the remedies one by one. In such case one may take a remedy for 3 days and see how that affects over a week. The remedy is expected to expel stones and clear urine infection.

Yes, the symptom complex in homeopathy can't be restricted to subjective symptoms (mentals and vital sensations). In the absence of such symptoms the remedy may be worked out for the objective symptoms.

When totality of symptoms lack clarity one should go with trial and error. Each remedy has a large sphere of action and it does work somehow on the system.
