I took the dose of Ranunculus B on 16th Feb.

I am taking Shatavar churna in morning with milk regularly.

ok take single dose of remedy again, only once.
Keep doing other things.

Report improvement in same way after 30 days.

Reporting after 30 days.

feeling calm= yes
good sleep= yes, gets disturbed around 3 am but ok after while.
proper energy level= yes
self control= yes
confidence level= yes
freshness on waking up= yes
love and affection with others= Very comfortable
mental freedom or freshness= yes
itching= cured but face
burning= cured but face
eye pain= cured.
shoulder pain= comes and go
any other change you felt= reddish rashes on face. a purple spot on limbs. gone earlier but happened 4-5 days ago may be due to summer heat.

keep taking shatavari daily or alternate days for 1-2 years.
you can also take single dose of homeopathic remedy quarterly for 1 year.

this much help i can do.
