After Heart Attack need advise

Dear Doctors

I am now 63 years old male. I got hearth attach in December 2016 and doctor's put 2 stunt in two different places. That heart attack start when I was ready just to intercourse. Now after 10 months when I tried to do sex the heart beats condition become different and I can not do it.
Kindly advise what medicine I have to take it.

Please take Gelsemium 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.

After 2 days. I can't sleep and having like become maid. (Aur dil bahut ghabraya hai).

Please take a single dose of Aconite 200 and see how that affects over 3 days.
