Panic attacks, heart & brain ailment

I am 65 years of age. I am emotional by nature. Hypersensitive and suffering from hypertention as well.

About 20 yeras back I had frequent panic attacks due to a (mere) feeling or fear of left sided facial paralysis

and fear of death as a result of this problem. Numbness feeling in lower and upper left limb was also there.

Medical investigations were done including CT Scan and MRI of Brain. Except tiny infarcts in the brain no other

significant abnormality was detected in medical tests.

I was on Ecospirin 325mg, Alzolam 2.5 and some sedatives. But my problem persisted. Then I switched over to

Homoeopathic treatment and consulted the noted homoeopathic physician of that time Mr Gyan Majumdar (now Late) who

administered 'Lechasis' in powdered form. Though I took this medicine for quite sometime but it did not respond to

my problem and I continued to suffer.

Thereafter I consulted another Homoeo Doctor who gave me 'Poison Nut' and one other medicine the name of which I

do not remember now. This medicine worked wonder and my problem was gone. On medical advice I continued with

Allopathic medicines as mentioned above till July 2010 when a mild (brain)Stroke took place. Investigations were

on when on 14th August 2010 another brain stroke of a bit serious nature happened without causing any physical

damage. At the time of this attack my feeling was that excessive heat is generating within my brain. Weakness and

feeling of numbness in my left head, Left hand and left leg. Pain in root of tongue. It was as if twisting towards

left. Some blur in speech and fear of grave consequence as a result of this Trancient Ichmic Attack. But there was

no fear of death at that time. B.P. was 180/110. I was hospitalised immediately.

Discharged after 3 days. Was Advised to take Stamlo beta twice and Stamlo once ; Deplatt A 150; Tonact 10;

Zyloric; Pantodac SR; Zapiz 0.5 and Zolfresh 0.5. and Paxidep 25 etc. It took about 45 days to keep blood pressure

within limits. It is now 120/80.

But I was not fully recovered. Discomfort in throat. Numbness feeling on left side of head and Cheek from time to

time. There is some sort of ache on the heart side as if there is some injury somewhere near the heart. But there

is no pain in the heart or chest. Yes,discomfort througout the body is there even today. Both lower limbs are

swellen. Right hand-from shoulder to fingers pains all the time- sometime severe pain. Doctors have diagnosed that

I am suffering from Gout and joint pains. As a result both knees and legs are still swellen.

I normally drink 10-12 glass of water but do not pass sufficient Urine.It passes twice or thrice and once during

the night time in very small quantity with dribling. Ultrosonography report suggets no abonormality in kidneys/

prostate glands but shows 70-75% of post void urine retention in the bladder.
My both jaws occasionally pain with difficulty in chewing. Heart is weak. Sometimes short breathing.Left side

Headache associated with pain above left eyebrow and ear forehead. Excessive heat generates from the middle of the

head.Panic takes place with heavy sweating due to fear of probable physical damage or death. Most symptoms hapens

at night.Cannot work on computer neither can I concentrate on reading or office work. Watching TV is also causes

discomfort to eyes. Tears begin to roll out of the eyes. Left side of head pains and I feel desire of sleeping.

Noise,loud sound/voices of shouting, car starting, warming of vehicle and all sorts of noise is like severe mental

torture for me.I have cervical and L.S.spine spondylysis also.Left Hernia has been operated upon 2 years back.

Right hernia is very painful now and needs to be operated soon. Weak memory. I Forget appropriate words, names,

date etc. Cannot concentrate on normal office work and perform my daily activities which were my favourite like

reading/writing/visiting friends and people.

General weakness and exhausion. Both eyelids pain. Heavyness on forehead and left side of head. Burning /heat

sensation on the centre of head. Stiffness and Pain in neck.Sometimes feel sinking with short breathing specially

while inhaling.Panic erupts with violent feeling inside head or when heart beats with high speed. Tiredness

always. The calves (Pindli) stiffens and pains. Cannot walk comfortably.

The following is the Coronary Angiogram Report done 3 week back states :
'DOUBLE VESSEL CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE'.

The Report details are : Type C vessel with 50 % stenosis in the mid segment aafter the origin of D2 branch and

Large dominant vessel witha 40% mid segment disease.Prominant artery with minor disease in the mid part.The

doctors recommend Initial Medical Management and following medicines are adviced:

Tab STAMLO 5mg twice daily; Tab MONOTRATE 10mg. 1 Tab twice daily; Tab ZYLORIC 100mg 1 tab twice daily;; Tab

DEPLATT A 150 mg. one tab daily; Tab TONACT 10 mg.1 tab twice daily; ZOLFRESH 5 mg. and ZAPIZ 0.5 mg. 1 tab each

at bed time and PANTODAC DSR- 1 tab before breakfast.

Sir,I have tried to present before you maximum details about my disease. I wish to go for Homoeopathic medicine

for cure of my disease. Please advice me.
