Severe canker sores

hello, im 23m india.

i have this strange illness where every year religiously, in the months from november to january, i get a huge number of canker sores inside my mouth, i am unable to eat during those days and the doctors make it go away with some probiotics. But its been occuring to me, regularly from the last three years and is happening now too. During this period, passage of stool becomes extremely minimal or non existent.

Nux Vomica 30
Sulphur 30
Causticum 30

One dose means 2 pills each of all three remedies.
