Frozen Shoulder

Male 66age with diabetic (on insuline) and hypertensive taking medicines. Had left frozen shoulder which is now better with hot/cold padding but now for last three month very painful right frozen shoulder. Doing the same things like hot/cold padding and exercises but no relief. Kindly help me by prescribing homeopathic reamady. Best Regards
