Infant silent reflux

My 10 week old son has silent reflux although experiences screaming unconsolable fits 4 nights a week. During these fits he's trying to swallow. It seems hes doing this to keep down whatever is coming up or just swallowing again what is coming up. Please help him. His pedi. Wants to put him on zantac. Ive put him on probiotics instead that has helped a lot with his gas but still the reflux is happening

Please give him Belladonna 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects. If this doesn't help give Calcarea Carb 30 in the same way.
One dose means 1 pill or drop.
