WitchIcono 9 months agoIf not diagnosed yet, then it's not necessary to tell the homeopath that you have this condition.
But a homeopath who is a doctor(understands pathalogy/anatomy et all unlike a layman homeopath) and knows his/her art can find out from your symptoms.

Exactly this is what I feel that he came to know from my symptoms when I went to meet him at his clinic a few weeks back. From the time I entered the clinic with a non smiling face, with no greetings and then while telling him my Candida story and symptoms as whiten few minutes of communication I slipped into a sudden state of fear and lost all facial and what ever little eye contact I had, my voice tone also became a little low and shaky and I started to get mild body shivers. It then only became harder for me to communicate with him as my communication also then continued in long brakes.
WitchIcono 9 months agoMay be he did find out or may be not. But a host of people have limited social skills that in the first meeting they never come across as good communicators to a stranger and even a good communicator can be hesitant to open up immediately. And sometimes doctors do err in judging the body language and other cues.
You can consider more than one meeting, or better use other indirect methods ----may be you could try telephonic conversation, or writing down your issues and what you want to say and take a print out to give or prepare a draft while you feel comfortable and send it on email. Yes that way you can also include the point that you want support for autistic symptoms and not a deep acting remedy at this point and will consider it when you feel more comfortable.
But these days it's becoming a rarity to find approachable, sensitive doctors/healers who will talk and discuss openly and show the necessary patience but it's not impossible.

What do you mean by this.
WitchIcono 9 months agoIt's just misunderstanding and misinterpreting. Even with words there could be communication lag and misunderstanding and it's fairly possible that body language and other gestures could also be misread.

Thank you for the tip. I am of course going to remove a print
out on what I want to say. He has also given a medical history report form to be filled out.
Now the whole reason I am in this conversation with you is because I am not comfortable with the thought of receiving homeopathic treatment for my Asperger's syndrome as I am afraid it may change me mentally, also the way I think and behave in a way I do not want to.
Like I have fears it may make me into a different person more like the neurological person, that I do not want to be. I am afraid it may make me carefree and that it may reduce my intelegience and creativity and also take away any of my unknown special mental abilities. Also that it may change my vision and hearing as I have learned people with Asperger's have vision and hearing which are very sensitive to light and sound.

WitchIcono 9 months agoWill I still be able to diagnose my self for Asperger's syndrome after completing a one year homeopathic treatment.

WitchIcono 8 months agoDon't think intelligence and creativity will be taken away after homeopathy treatment. Subtle changes may be there in personality and behaviour mostly for positive.
After one year's treatment one can not say for sure which symptoms may remain and which ones will disappear. But some of the chronic conditions that are generally incurable may remain the same or with modified symptoms.
Since you are not officially diagnosed with Aspergers --may be one never knows it may not have been aspergers to start with and if it falls under the category of curable, then this condition may disappear.

I have Asperger' s syndrome for sure there is no doubt about it.
But isint Asperger's a condition in which the mind of the individual is completely different than that of the neurological people. That is the reason why people with Asperger's are so different and think and behave so differently and that is also the reason they feel they are different from the neurological people. It is what sets them apart from the majority.
How can Asperger's be cured when it is not a disease. It is just the society that has wrongly labelled Asperger's as a disease.
WitchIcono 8 months agoAsperger mind is not completely different as to normal people like autism though asperger has got itself clubbed under this category and is somewhat different from normal mind.
Social skills, non verbal communication, clumsiness, perception+motor issues, obsessions are common in aspergers. So if these get better even by a few percent it'd be worthwhile.
Whether it's a disease or not is based on perception. But definitely there is a trend in modern world to claim an abnormality to be a normal thing. In one angle, it may be good to cheer up such people, in another angle, it's used as an excuse--- not to find cures for awfully bad diseases and conditions and to hide the limitations of the medicine and to escape accountability despite huge money coming into research.
