Under weight issues ! Dr Kadwa please help.
Hi dr kadwaI am a 34 years old single women. I am quiet underweight my weight is only 45kgs. Even though I eat substantial amount of meal till my tummy is full I don't gain enough weight.
Please suggest any remedy.

patient daily routine ? - I am not very active. due to weakness I feel exhausted after doing any working at home

Meanwhile try Nat.sulph 200c .. 4 drops only once a day only early morning before breakfast. For two days only. In a disposable glass with some water in it shake well before drink and drink slowly.
Don't use coffee or mint or spicy or junk food or hoteling etc home made is best. Don't eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after taking medicine. Don't place medicine near strong perfumes etc.
Notice changes and improvements carefully and update after two days.
