OverWeight, Hair thining post hairfall,Trapped hair under chin,Diabetes

Hello,
I have been suffering from a number of problems. Most of these came back post delivery. No specifically after delivery but during time, when my mother in law , who came to stay with me.The major issue of staying with her, is that she is very dominating, wants to control every one around and makes everyone lead life as per her routine.Because of her habits i left home and started living and taking care of child myself.I am a working women.

The problems that started during that time and after 3 years are still there are:
Hair fall and thinning
hair under chin, trapped b a layer of skin.
Obesity. On stomach, upper hand and things ..mainly
shoulders have broadened
Constipation
Diabetes
Dirty Skin

These are the major ones.

I have been given homeopath remedies , but none helped, so far.

Kindly help me.
