Thuja Doses

If i take thuja for PCOS or ovaritis then which dose and potency i should prefer and how many times.

I was taking thuja 200CH daily one time in morning. Any side effect of thuja 200CH daily one dose? If any side effects of taking this then suggest how to cure side effects i have taken 200CH for 15 days continuous
