Hypothyroid and weight loss

I am 32 yr old female unmarried.
I am suffering from Hypothyroidism since oct 2012. I continued to synthyroid 25 for a yr ..but it worsened my symptoms.. Then i left tht ..now from 4 months i m taking thyrodinum 30 iodium 30 two times a day and r51 once in the morning 10 drops in water. But it does not helped me in my weight loss ..i hv put down 14bkgs sice jan2016. Was 85 came to 71 but as soon as i stopped exercising i gain weight .. U can say 3-4 kgs in 4-5 days..
Also suffering from menstrual problem irregular and less flow. Plz suggest me meds.
I hd checked my blood bef 3 months and it was normal. But still have bloating problm.
Pls need help.

NATRUM MUR 1M 3PILLS WEEKLY ONCE AT NIGHT


RPORT FEED BACK EVERY 15-30DAYS
