4 month old reflux/nat phos

So my baby girl is on Zantac and it’s not helping. Every time we start a feeding a minute into it she starts screaming popping off and I literally can only feed her while she’s asleep. Colic calm seems to help if I give before feedings but it makes her constipated and poops black. So I bought nat phos 6 x and mag phos 6 x how do I administer them to her? Before every feed ? Or after ? Our problem is starting the feed she starts going nuts. She has silent reflux How many times a day ? Tablet or in liquid ? She’s 12.5 pounds. Thanks. I’m so desperate

give natrum phos 2 tablets dissolved in luke warm water thrice daily
give magnesium phos 2tablets dissolved in luke warm water whenever there is pain,cramp or colick occur.

How much water ? Do I give it before feedings because that’s where initial pain starts. She takes few sips and starts going insane

Give it in 2 teaspoon full of luke warm water..

Yes.. Give it before feeding..

Before every feeding ? How many times max. And the nat and mag phos together ?
