Sciatica or not
I had sciatica a few months back probably from a back injury. I went to a homeopathic doctor and he had an x-ray done which said of a probable fracture therefore he gave me symphtum and gnaphalium for my sciatica. I was fine after a few weeks of medicine. The problem I'm facing nowadays is that my foot went asleep sometimes and there is pain from my hip till my knee not same as before but in certain positions my earlier pain started from my lower back whereas this time it only starts from the right side of my right hip. What I want to know is that is it sciatica or not and if it is what medicine should I takeNote my pain aggravates when I look down while sitting or move my neck unusually

When you have an injury like this, it usually requires
That you learn stretching exercises and are very careful with your posture
As far as sitting on firm surfaces, sleeping on your back
With good neck support and pillow under the knees, etc. All these things
Promote good blood flow which helps healing. Wrong positions
After time begin to irritate the sciatic nerve.
