I have felt significant improvement. Should I stop taking the Sepia now?

Hello, over the past 3 months I have been experiencing progressive symptoms each time I approach and have my menstrual cycle. I am having severe ringing in my ears, exhaustion, fatigue and head pressure. It is worse on rising and in the mornings and evenings. I have been taking Sepia 200c twice a day when it flares up for 1-2 days. I seem to be getting worse.
