High blood pressure

Hi,

I hope someone can help. My father has high blood pressure and has been given statins to take but I would really like to avoid him having to take them.

He doesn’t have any other symptoms such as headache or any digestion issues. He sleeps like a log. He is a very calm and gentle man but lately doesn’t have much patience and can flash into a temper with the grandchildren.

I did some research and gave him one dose of rauwolfia at 30c. This actually increased his blood pressure by 10 points and I am now very worried about having given him this.. do I need to give it in a different potency? I would be very very grateful for any advice.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nux Vomica 200 at bed time should work more effectively.
