This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Initially 200c is ok. Put a couple of pills/drops in 250 ml water, and then start giving him a few drops from this solution as a dose. Give three doses a day. Later you may have to give him 1M and 10M.
Other remedies that may have to be given are: Hypericum and Belladonna. 200c would be ok for these. Hypericum 200 can be given along with arnica.
Belladonna can be given intermittently like once or twice a day.
Any doubts ask, please report periodically and get suitable advice based on evolving situation.

Have you given him opium doses yet?
What medicines/doses did he get in the last 24 hours?
Increase the arnica 200c dosage from three to four times per day.

I miss a lot of information. You could have kept me informed.
And with the information you have given i would lean towards BRY or PHOS. Both are important remedies but i do not have enough to go with one. If there is weakness, desire to lie down always, is better lying down on painful side then BRY can be given. Otherwise give PHOS esp. if lying on painful side aggravates things. Use 30c or 200c. Even if you start with 30 later move to 200.

He will look at you when you call his name about half the time...The other half he just stares.... Still no talking, no trying to get up, when he storms he gets straight as a board...you cant bend nothing when he is doing that. Still has trache in coughs alot . Phlem sometimes brown, sometimes clear, sometimes greenish tint, and light brown. sweats alot especially when storming.runs slight fever when he storms. I don't know if he is out of a coma or not...
