Acid reflux, gerd
I am 35yrs old female, have hypothyroidism I take 100mcg does from past 10yrs.I want help with acid reflux, gerd. I am taking acid reducer pantoprazol every night from more than a month . I feel chilly, my skin is too senensetive, becomes flaky, shrink, cold, do not like direct wind until I am feel sweaty. I am 5'1" weight changes during day between 113lb - 117lb.
Many times when acid reflux troubles me, I almost feel helpless to move and cry out of pain. Even acid reducer medicine seem to help less. Lying down, resting somewhat helps. When pain is lesser and I want to reduce it further I have seen yoga or jumping helps rather than walking.
Difficult passing stool, mostly feel incomplete.
Normally like to be active unless really low on energy or have pain. Cannot sit for long, get backache.
My hand or legs if kept in same position of 10 15 mins start to get pins and needles.
Please let me know if you could help me n have further questions.
I am thinking to start nux vomica does of 30c.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Apis 30 and Nux Vomica 30 twice a day for 10 days and see how that affects.
One dose means 2 pills or drops each of both the remedies.

I feel much better now. I didn't get Apis 30. Only took Nux Vomica 30 twice daily 2 pills from 25th June to now.
How long should I continue taking it for?
Is it possible that due to acid reflux my teeth are decaying. I also grind my teeth while asleep.
