Anal Fissure - Please help with the case
Hi,I have had anal fissure issue since last three years. It gets cured and then again I face a relapse.
This is the third time I am facing this issue again in three years.
Age - 26
Male
I See fresh blood in my stools and also can sense a deep fissure between 11-12 o clock position.
I have earlier used Nitric Acid 30C and 200C in earlier occasions, which helped.
Can any of the medical practitioners help me with this?

Please answer my below questions in yes or no:
anus is extremely sore and the stools are covered with mucus, with no tenesmus or constriction?
Do you feel that there is a sensation as if splinters or sticks were in the anus?
There is much tenesmus and constriction, and a constant oozing of the foetid matter from the parts, with burning, rawness and smarting.
There are aches and burns for hours after stool, there are cutting and lancinating pains in the rectum, and dryness of the anus with sudden stitches in it.
Is there irritable itching and burning in the rectum?
The anus if offensively moist and sore, smarts all the time.
Burning and biting, lasting several hours after stool, may also be present; must walk the floor all night.
Great pain, coming on half an hour after stool and lasting several hours.
Is crawling and itching every evening.
Severe pain after each stool with burning and tenesmus lasting a long time.

if you already have Nitric acid then plz. take 3 doses of it and see how it works.
you may purchase Graphites 200C, we will use it if we don't notice any result from Nitric acid.

Hi Healthyworld,
It has been 10 days since I took three doses of the nitric acid 30c.
It has shown good improvement in fissure. It's almost 50-60 percent healed. And the deep fissure is now on the surface as I can feel. But it's not completely healed. Pain is almost gone except when it's hard stool.
Please suggest further medication.

Hi,
Meanwhile in that period, I had bad case of constipation, so it again teared up.
I repeated the doses, this time with 200c concentration. It is a lot better now.
Though fissure still exists. Problem occurs when the area dries up.
Please suggest further action.

Remedy of Anal Fissure will work for constipation too.

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
Ledum Pal 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION CALC FLUOR 6X AND SILICEA 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
