Weight gain

Hello.....I m a 21 yrs old female.Currently i having weight issues.6 mnths back my weight was 49kgs n now my weight is 57kgs.I dnt knw whats causing this.I still eat the same amount of food which I use to eat 6 to 7 mnths bck.There is no changes in my lifestyle except after gaining weight i became more constipated.There is no problm with my menstruation.My cycle is regular.I olways feel heavy around my forehead even after getting up in d morning.I basically have a lot of weight on my hips, waist n thigh.I only like pleasant n cool weathers.I hv a medium skintone.Bcz of my weight gain i dont feel comfortable to socialize much.I hv no t.b history.plz help
