High potency 10m : duration of action ?

Hi,

I would like to know how long the action of a homeopathic dry dose in 10m potency lasts?
Some people say that the duration of the 10m dose works for 3-4 months, others say you should not repeat the dose before 6 months.

What do you think?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Everyone is different. That is why some people can be cured
With a few 30c doses, or one 200c repeated every few months-
Because the remedy was the correct match and the person’s vital force needed only minimal stimulation.

10m can sometimes take a month to even notice
It is having an effect - I would not self diagnose and start with
High potencies. Start with 30c , as a test dose,
Move up to 200c if 30c is doing nothing to see what 200 does.

First of all, the remedy has to be the right one.
Then, the next question is your susceptibility, meaning how sensitive you are to the homeopathic remedy.
You also need to consider whether your condition is acute or chronic, and what type of pathology you have.
After that, you decide potency and repetition.

1 dose of 10M could last for many months if you live in a clean, safe and stress-free environment but I see more and more people need repeated doses because any shock to the nervous system (stress) could antidote the remedy.
