Weather/Allergy headaches

I suffer from headaches that are brought on by pressure changes in the weather. This happens most in fall and spring when seasonal allergies are bad as well. Feels like a typical sinus headache. I hate to take ibuprofen multiple times a week. Is there a remedy I could use on an as needed basis to replace the Advil and help with headaches? Thanks!
