Eczema

My brother has eczema on covered parts ie neck,elbow joints,knee jt ,severe itching better by warmth,warts on neck chest,small in size,gaseous distension,had eczema last year same time ie spring.Looking at his constitutional symptoms thinking of giving thuja30c at night for atleast 1 month or till gets relief.

Kindly suggest me some remedy if Thuja is wrong

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The above symptoms do point to Thuja. so go ahead for one week. If there is no change we can re evaluate the whole case and treat more systematically.
