Thank you,
they were giving at very cheap price so I bought it, I am glad I did... Now I will report after 5 days.
One more thing I want to ask, I have to observe any change in her or should I ask her about any change she feels in her self?
I mean, you want to know my perspective or her?
So that I observe her closely.

Hi Dr Jitesh,
I gave my sister the medicine on Saturday, so reporting after 5 days.
1st day: She had to clean the kitchen which she delayed and delayed, till evening. She took a bath in evening and wore clean and relatively new clothes.
2nd Day: She kept delaying her work which she had to do at home, and she was lazy as usual. She was a bit attentive towards her children.
3rd Day: she was careless with her children, if they cry in front of her she seems to not care at all, she was using her phone most of the time and watching funny videos. She plays online Ludo game mostly and if her children were crying for milk she was asking others to bring milk for them, she was lazy and it seemed like it is very difficult for her to even move. the way she sits on the floor is like she is stuck with the floor and can't stand up easily, which is her laziness i know.
4th day: she was active and was working at home. she cooked aloo parathaas for everyone and was not tired. she argued with my sister in law, when she asked her to do some work in kitchen, which she later did. her ego was making her argue i think.
5th Day: She washed a lot of clothes and was in a good mood, she didn't seem annoyed which she previously did whenever she has done a lot of work. She was active throughout the day and was not using her phone at all. She was attentive towards her children as well but not much.
She didn't take bath after the first day. She was sleeping late as usual but not very late, the way she did before.
She was on her phone mostly the first 3 days but on day 4 and 5 she was busy working and didn't use her phone much.
At night when she sleeps, she doesn't wake up if any of her children cries. She doesn't breastfeed her baby with attention, she feels it a burden, it seems from her face. Seems like she is in a hurry, and my mother keeps shouting on her to feed the baby and give time. The baby is on formula milk mostly.
She was not wearing torn clothes, but i think it is because they were not clean, as she has washed all her clothes so lets see...
She argues a lot, we don't like her this habit at all. She asks useless question, where did this thing come from, who brought it, why brought it, etc etc...
From last two days her ego doesn't seem to prevail much, she was happy and was not minding others jokes, which she usually takes on her heart and gets angry.
Overall, there is a positive change in her.

as for now I think repeating the dose is not required
you can wait and give her accordingly if you see she is not behaving well
yes this is the remedy for her as for now
report me in future if any issues
