Hi Simone717,
She is feeling back pain and stiffness only 20%, feeling pins outside of wound sometimes during a day, and burning sensation inside of the wound.
But while she is putting pressure on wound she is feeling pain inside of wound and when she is pressing on wound by hand also feeling pain.
after using water of cal phos 6x her itching and stiffness were reduced too much but since yesterday she is feeling more itching and also bleed.

She can take another dose of staphysagria. Put the pills or drops in one cup of water. Stir and have her take a teaspoon as one dose.
On the itching and bleeding? Is this from hemarrhoids?
Are they visible ? How often is the bowel movement?
What does it look like? Is there straining to go?

Put 4 pills or 2 drops in one cup of water. Stir it briefly.

there are two hemorrhoids one is inside and second is outside she is not feeling itching and bleeding on outside hemorrhoids, she is feeling itching on whole anus and may be bleeding was from inside hemorrhoids but not now only feeling itching,
yes both hemorrhoids are visible she can feel by her finger.
she has bowel movement two times a day.

Kali mur6x
Cal phos6x
Ferrum phos 6x
You can mix 3 tabs of each in a cup of water.
Then take a sip of this 4 times a day.

instead of these four remedies can i use Bio combination 17 of Dr. Reckeweg? but potency is 3x.

1. Now pins and burning reduced only feeling some times during a day for some seconds how can we stopped 100%?
2.feeling tightness on wound and beside of wound.
3. she is feeling too much back pain when she sit for a long time and pain going up to neck.
4. she is also feeling joint pain only when she is going to sleep but not during a day.
5. she has been taking SBL Bio Combination 17 for hemorrhoids and her day time itching reduced and also burning.
6. she feels pain on wound if she push belly inside by her hand.

Give her one dose only- of staph 200 in water like the last time.
Continue with the other formula - report after 7 days.
For her back- sitting for long periods is not good.
It stops circulation. She needs to start gentle exercise-
Like stretching for 30 minutes in morning and evening.
When sitting- get up and move around for 5 minutes
Every half hour.
Movement helps blood flow and proper nerve flow
Which helps heal the entire body. You can start slow-
For instance- 5 minutes of stretching morning/ evening
And get up and move for 2 minutes every half hour.

Staphisagria is good, tolerates repetition very well and is ok to repeat even daily. It is better to give 30, although you have previously given 200. This allows frequent repetition.
Ledum Pal 30, one dose in the night before going to bed can help with her back pain. You can give for one or two days and then write. Please stop all other remedies (esp. Bellis Per 1m. Bellis works best in 6 for all stages of child birth. 1m is too high)
one day after giving this medicine, please update with the remaining symptoms.

Now she has started house chore and she is feeling burning on inside of wound, feeling pins, and itching on outside of wound also she is feeling tightness on the wound and around.
also feeling back pain, pain has stared from where Dr. has given her anesthesia and going up to the neck and also feeling pain in thigh, knee and in heels.
after using Bio Combi 17 of SBL she has much relief in hemorrhoids.
she has already taken staphy 200c dose before 2 days ago but no improvement and also this time she did not feel any aggression in her symptoms.
please advise how to take Staphy 30c how many dosed in a day and how long.

If she has taken Staph 200 a few days ago and you have not seen a benefit, there is no need to repeat.

she has taken two doses of Ledum Pal 30 and below are update.
1. back pain reduced 30% but still going up to the neck.
2. burning and pins in wound also reduced 30%.
3. no improvement in tightness feeling in wound while getting up and turning during sleep.
4. she has been taking Bio Combination 17 for hemorrhoids and now no burning, itching and stiffness only feeling itching during stool.

Please give Gelsemium 30, one dose and write again.

after taking Ledum Pal 30c.
1. no pins & burning in wound, back pain was not going up to the neck and lower back pain was reduced 50&, no improvement in feeling of tightness in wound side.
